Delete your account
Enter the email address you used in Glassfold. We will delete your account and its data within 30 days:
- Deleted: your email, name, Google account ID, marketing consent, the usage events of devices linked to your account, and their network data.
- Kept: purchase records (order ID, product, dates) only as long as Indian tax law requires, unlinked from your identity. Anonymous device statistics (model, Android version) may remain.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
You can also delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or email privacy@scaleus.in.
